"Great customer service. Quick to make contact for the job. Luke came over to the house on a Bank Holiday and showed me exactly what was wrong with the roof through a clear explanation and a video he recorded on my roof. He was honest, realistic and demonstrated genuine concern for me and my home."

Workmanship guarantee on every roof we fit
A selection from 4800+ roofs completed across York and Haxby.
York gives us two very different roofs: Victorian terraces in Welsh slate around Clifton and South Bank, and post-war concrete-tiled semis out at Acomb and Tang Hall. Tommy has spent 23 years on both, so we quote for what is actually up there, and we know where the conservation rules apply inside the walls.
We live and work in the same towns we serve. We know the local housing stock and which jobs give trouble round here. No franchise, no subcontractors shipped in from elsewhere.
Your written quote is the price you pay. We itemise every cost upfront. No "while we're here" extras, no surprise invoices when the job is done.
Call or fill in the form and someone rings you back the same day. We confirm a visit date on that first call. No chasing, no voicemail loops.
Public liability and employer's liability insurance in place on every job. We can email certificates before work starts, so there's no chasing needed.

“I started Bast Fix Roofing with one simple rule - if I wouldn't accept it on my own house, it doesn't go on yours. Most of our work today comes from word of mouth and second jobs from happy customers. That's how I know we're doing it right.”
